Education before decisions
In the Coast Guard, the mission was search and rescue. It still is. Today I search out people heading into rough financial water, like overpaying for a home, choosing the wrong loan, or rushing a sale, and help them get home safely.
I'm licensed both as a real estate broker and as a mortgage loan officer, so I can explain how the home, the sale, and the financing fit together. You'll understand the numbers and your options before you sign anything.
As an investor myself, I run the same math for clients that I run for my own properties. And as a husband and a dad, I know a home is about a lot more than a transaction.
