Every borrower is different. These are the most common programs we'll compare together.
Wherever you are, reach out.
I'm licensed to originate home loans in Washington. If you're buying or refinancing somewhere else, send me a quick message anyway. If I can help you directly, I will. If I can't, I'll get you in touch with a licensed loan officer I know and trust in your state.
A clear process, start to finish
We start with a conversation about your goals, review your credit and income, and compare loan options side by side so you can see the payment, cash to close, and long-term cost of each.
From pre-approval to closing, you'll know what's happening and what comes next.
Your pre-approval checklist
- Recent pay stubs
- W-2s or tax returns for the last two years
- Recent bank statements
- Photo ID
- DD-214 or Certificate of Eligibility for VA loans
Mortgage FAQ
What's the difference between pre-qualification and pre-approval?
A pre-qualification is a quick estimate based on what you tell us. A pre-approval reviews your actual credit, income, and assets, so sellers take your offer more seriously.
Will checking my options hurt my credit?
A full pre-approval includes a credit check. We'll talk about timing and what to expect before we pull anything.
How much will my payment be?
It depends on the price, loan program, rate, taxes, and insurance. I'll show you real numbers for your situation rather than a one-size-fits-all estimate.
Is refinancing worth it for me?
Sometimes. We'll compare what you'd save against the cost to refinance and how long you plan to stay, and if it doesn't make sense, I'll tell you.
Ready to see your numbers?
Washington buyers and homeowners: apply online, book a free consultation, or call. Anywhere else: send me a message and I'll make sure you're connected with the right licensed loan officer.
