Sell with a plan.
Know what your home is worth, what you'll walk away with, and where you're headed next, all before the sign goes in the yard.
Your listing, handled
Selling is one of the biggest financial moves you'll make. Here's what I bring to it.
Selling and buying at the same time?
Timing a sale with your next purchase is where most moves get stressful. Because I'm also a licensed mortgage loan officer, I can help you see how your sale proceeds, your next down payment, and your next loan fit together, so the dates and the dollars line up.
You're never required to use my mortgage services to list with me, or the other way around.

Seller FAQ
How do you figure out what my home is worth?
I look at recent comparable sales near you, homes currently competing with yours, and your home's condition and features. Online estimates are a starting point, but they can't see your kitchen or your view.
What will it cost me to sell?
Typical costs include brokerage commission, Washington's real estate excise tax, title and escrow fees, and any repairs or credits you agree to. Your net sheet lays these out with real numbers before you list. Commissions are negotiable and not set by law.
Should I make repairs or sell as-is?
It depends on the repair and your market. Some fixes pay for themselves and many don't. We'll go through it together and only do what makes sense.
When is the best time to sell?
The best time is when it fits your life and your next move. Seasons matter some, but pricing and preparation matter more. We can plan around your timeline.
How are showings handled?
Showings are scheduled in advance and coordinated with you, using a secure lockbox so buyers can tour at convenient times without you needing to rearrange your day.
What's my home worth?
Get a pricing review based on real local sales, not an algorithm. I'll prepare it and follow up with your estimated value and net proceeds.
