Is your comp plan costing you?
Most loan officers don't have an income problem. They have a compensation structure problem. I originate with NEXA Lending, and I'm happy to show you how it compares to where you are now.
What you get
A quick look at how NEXA works for loan officers. Details and eligibility are confirmed during onboarding.
Experienced or just starting
Experienced loan officers who have funded 6+ loans in the past 14 months, or earned $50,000+ as an LO in the past 12 months, can come on as independent loan officers.
Newer loan officers start in the Pathfinder track with mentorship while closing their first loans.
NEXA also onboards branch managers, team leads, loan officer associates, and licensed real estate agents who originate.
No surprises
- $75 background and credit check
- $50 per state license sponsorship, plus NMLS fees that vary by state
- A monthly technology fee, which depends on the LOS you choose
Current as of the latest onboarding guide. I'll walk you through exact numbers on our call.
